Eligibility

Should be aged between 17 to 30 years
Anyone who holds full-time qualifications from recognized universities or institutes of following countries – Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States
Students of the recognized Universities from these countries, who are yet to commence the full time course, are also eligible
Have enough settlement funds to live in Singapore
