STEPS TO APPLY FOR AN AUSTRALIA PR VISA

Step 1: Check the eligibility for an Australia PR visa
Applicants must check and verify that they meet their eligibility requirements, such as
1. Age: Applicants must be under 45 years old at the time of receiving an invitation from Australia.
2. English Language Proficiency: Must demonstrate your competent English language proficiency.
3. Occupation: Your occupation must be on one of the Skilled Occupation Lists of Australia and must get approval from a relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation.
4. Points: Applicants must score at least 65 points to be eligible.

Step 2. CHECK YOUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Applicants must demonstrate their competency in English by taking an approved language test like IELTS or PTE.
1. IELTS: At least 7 for each of the 4 Module, to score 10 points.
2. PTE: At least 65 for each of the 4 test components, to score 10 points.

Step 3: CHECK YOUR OCCUPATION AND GET YOUR SKILL ASSESSMENT:
Applicant’s occupation must be on the ANZSCO list or any of the (MLTSSL, STSOL, or ROL) list of Skilled Occupation of Australia and also must get approval from a relevant Skill Assessing authority for your nominated occupation.

STEP 6: RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR AUSTRALIA PR VISA
* Once the applicant submits their application and meets all the requirements, the Australian government will send an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for the Australia PR visa.
* If an applicant’s EOI scores high enough rank (based on points), applicant will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
* Invitations are issued monthly basis based on occupation demand and other factors.

STEP 7: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FOR AUSTRALIA PR VISA:
Upon receiving an Invitation from the Australia Immigration, the applicant must file their Australia PR visa application within 60 days. The application must be submitted with all the supporting documents for processing their PR visa, including all their personal documents, experience documents, etc.

STEP 8: GET YOUR PR VISA AND FLY TO AUSTRALIA WITH YOUR FAMILY:
