Eligibility

• Should be aged between 17 to 30 years
• Anyone who holds full-time qualifications from recognized universities or institutes of following countries - Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States
• Students of the recognized Universities from these countries, who are yet to commence the full time course, are also eligible
• Have enough settlement funds to live in Singapore
